More women than ever are owning and operating businesses in Aotearoa – but there’s still a ways to go to achieve equality. The latest MYOB Women in Business Survey shows that women now make up 44 percent of small to medium business owners. The number is up from 30 percent in 2012.
A survey of office workers conducted by research agency Perceptive shows that 81 percent of Kiwi workers believe the physical environment at their workplace has an impact on their happiness and job satisfaction. As well as this, nine out of 10 workers say that if they are happy at work, they are more productive.
