Retail sales in the third quarter of this year have stayed resilient, with a seasonally adjusted 1.4 percent increase in sales. Retail sales in the June 2015 quarter rose just 0.1 percent ($25 million) slowing down from growth in previous quarters. Retail NZ chief executive Mark Johnston says this will be unsurprising news to retailers, as they’ve reported steady but not amazing growth as of recent.
