Digital advertising is increasing its takeover, with oOh! Media entering long-term agreements with four major retail property owners to extend the reach of its digital network and QMS turning on the 'Britomart Towers'.

Global software and solutions provider SAP has released research showing some of New Zealand’s most prominent brands are serving up poor digital experiences. Of the 2500 Kiwi consumers who participated in its research, 37 percent were unhappy with their experience online.

She addressed ‘the new normal’ of retail as keynote speaker of Microsoft’s ‘Retail in the digital age’ talk at SkyCity earlier this month. Around 30 people attended, many of whom were from the grocery industry.
