UPDATED: Cotton On staff told to be fun and “keep it real” or face getting fired

In a demonstration of buzzwords gone wrong, a copy of Cotton On’s code of conduct leaked to Melbourne newspaper The Age says staff are required to be fun and “keep it real.” Failing to do so could result in getting fired, as it doesn’t meet Cotton On’s values of being “Fun, Entrepreneurial, Keeping it real, Family, Ethical and Engaged.”
