Winners of the 2019 Westpac New Zealand Franchise Awards announced

This marked the 25th year for the Westpac New Zealand Franchise Awards. Independently judged by the NZ Business Excellence Foundation, the awards are organised by the Franchise Association of New Zealand. Read on to find out the winners.

Pukeko Rental Managers was named New Zealand’s top franchise system at the Westpac New Zealand Franchise Awards this year. It has 23 franchises around the country, and was founded by David Pearse in New Zealand.

Supreme Franchisee of the Year went to Sarith Thong of the Coffee Club Takanini. Thong and wife Helen Lim opened The Coffee Club Takanini in 2013. The pair also took over The Coffee Club outlet at Manukau Supa Centre earlier this year.
