Country manager for H&M Australia and New Zealand Hans Andersson says the brand is excited to welcome Kiwi customers into the store in October.
The store will have clothes and accessories on offer for men, women, kids and youth.
There will also be H&M's AW16 Studio collection, whichwas on show during Paris Fashion Week earlier this year.
At a media preview of its range earlier this year, we caught a glimpse of elaborate beaded gowns, on-trend bodysuits and fashion-forward velvet garments in the womenswear section; with menswear; footwear; accessories; swimwear; childrenswear and activewear also on offer.
Although some have feared New Zealand's Southern Hemisphere location means shoppers would receive on-trend clothing later than the rest of the world, Australia PR manager Liz Cave said H&M New Zealand will not be lagging behind on its range offered overseas.
She said a mix of seasonally appropriate clothing items would be available to Kiwi shoppers.
“New Zealanders and Australians travel so much, we want to make sure they get the same fashion [as the Northern Hemisphere] at the same time.”
