The Glassons and Hallensteins pages titles say in bold capitals “work your way up.”
The job site states that Hallenstein Glasson believes in promoting from within, as a lot of its employees have started out as stylists or sales associates and climbed the ranks from there.
It says it is looking to employ “risk takers and innovators” who can be inspiring.
It also promotes the perks of following a career path with Hallenstein Glasson.
Some of the benefits listed include employee discounts, staff sales, brand conferences, incentive programmes and sales and management training programmes.
The site advertises for positions at the head office, in distribution and in the retail stores.
Currently, there are 24 jobs listed, varying in locations from Christchurch to Upper Hut in Wellington to Auckland.
In a similar manner to fellow job seeking websites, like TradeMe jobs or Seek, users of the site can narrow down their preferences to what brand, location, role and hours they want to work.
