Gram of the week: Ocho Chocolate Company

Ocho has officially settled in to its newest production factory in Dunedin, renovating an old timber mill to suit growing demands for the artisan chocolate.

If there is one food that is easy to craft a good instagram page around it is chocolate, and Ocho has done just that.

The page takes a more personal approach than say Whittaker's or Lindtt. Choosing to show its manufactures and the important people involved in every part of the process.

Yet the photography is a good mixture of organic photos, mouth-watering chocolate shots and product insights.

The page has only been active since February, with only 58 posts. But it is clear that as the brand grows its presence through Dunedin, and further into New Zealand, it will gain traction among chocolate lovers.
