New Zealand Fashion Week veteran Kathryn Wilson is opening her first store in Wellington’s iconic Old Bank Arcade in September 2021 (opening date TBC pending Alert Level change).
The store opening comes off the back of two seasons of record sales for Kathryn Wilson’s eponymous fashion brand, where figures have been the best the company has seen.
With 20 years in the industry, Wellington has been an integral part of Kathryn Wilson’s fashion and retail journey. The brand’s iconic Vodafone-sponsored pop-up shoe-box store in 2011 – which started in Britomart and was later trucked cross-country to Wellington’s CBD – was a memorable moment, and ever since it has been a dream to grow the Kathryn Wilson brand amongst Wellington’s bustling fashion scene.
Opening the store alongside fellow New Zealand fashion favourites including Workshop, RUBY and Sills, Kathryn Wilson is thrilled to finally house her brand in Wellington.
