New Zealand’s largest home improvement retailer Mitre 10 has announced it will be working with Reflexis Systems (now part of Zebra Technologies) in order to deliver a frictionless omnichannel customer experience.
Reflexis Systems, a leading provider of intelligent workforce management and execution solutions, works with multi-site businesses in retail, food service, hospitality and banking. To increase its operational efficiency, Mitre 10 has selected Reflexis Real-Time Task Manager, Reflexis Q-Walk and Reflexis Mobility to simplify work, enhance front-line communication and empower productivity.
Chief operating officer at Mitre 10, Andrea Scown says Reflexis Systems was chosen due to its world class Reflexis One platform and and history of supporting large retailers across the world.

With 6000 team members across 84 stores, Mitre 10 will leverage Real-Time Task Manager’s simplified processes, built-in intelligence and intuitive mobile-first interface to increase its transparency and Communication business wide. The mobile Q-Walk solution will be used by the retailer’s field management team for enabling more efficient collaboration amongst team members, allowing them to spend more time with customers.
