Assembly Label to open first New Zealand store

Australian minimalist lifestyle retailer Assembly Label is set to open its first New Zealand store on Saturday 14 March.

The store will be part of the ever-growing hub that is Westfield Newmarket and has been designed by We Are Triibe. The brand, founded in 2011, is known for its mens and women’s apparel basics.

With sustainability and simplicity as the leading ideas in the design brief, the store has been styled with this in mind. A representative from We Are Triibe says: “We wanted to inject the staple light and airy Assembly Label aesthetic into the Newmarket store — but with a twist; utilising beautiful and carefully curated furniture pieces and natural finishes from New Zealand and Australian product designers and makers.”

Co-founder of Assembly Label Damien Horan says, “Our promise is welcoming environments that are easy to navigate and shop in comfort. Mirroring the same principles in service, we offer a unique and authentic in-store experience delivered by a warm and highly informed team.”
