Sushi Sushi specialises in hand-held sushi rolls. Like popular fast casuals such as Chipotle, Sushi Sushi allows shoppers to choose their own ingredients from a salad-bar-style selection of more than 20 locally-sourced options. These include pink beetroot rice, hot crispy chicken, salt and pepper squid, and more.

A range of initiatives are being rolled out to celebrate the company’s launch into New Zealand, including free sushi, a taiko drumming demonstration, calligraphy work, a kids’ sushi workshop, origami, and the chance to win a trip to Japan.
