Kiwi Property has announced the appointment of Clive Mackenzie as CEO. Mackenzie will replace Chris Gudgeon mid-July.
Mackenzie will now oversee Kiwi Property Group which manages a $3.1 billion portfolio of shopping centres across New Zealand.
Mackenzie has previously held senior roles for Westfield USA and will be coming from the role of general manager development for Westfield New Zealand.
“Chris Gudgeon has led the business since 2008. Under Chris’ leadership we have both significantly improved the quality of our investment portfolio and positioned it for future performance,” said chair Mark Ford.
Chris Gudgeon will hand over the role to Mackenzie July 16.
