Commercial Bay gets its first line up of retailers

As Commercial Bay continues with its development, the centre area has released details about what retailers will be filling the tenancy, including local favourites and new-to-market internationals.

Auckland’s Commercial Bay has been under development after the demolition a few years prior, slowly being built up to reflect the bustling down town district.

The first lot of retailers who will be filling spaces in the area are the first-to-market Furla and Herschel Supply Co as well as local favourites Superette and Rodd & Gunn, which will also launch its bespoke Lodge Bar and fashion concept, as seen in Queenstown.

The three-level retail precinct is set to release more names to be joining the area. With hospitality offerings combining with retail to bring a full experience to the water front.

Precinct Properties CEO, Scott Pritchard, says this announcement is exciting but just the tip of the iceberg for the development.

“There’s big news still to come as we work on curating a mix of outstanding retail in the CBD,” he says.
