The out-of-home advertising company behind Maggi’s coupon-dispensing signs and Kiwi Property’s Times Square-style digital screens, oOh!media, is expanding its footprint into eight new shopping centres around New Zealand. It is entering Dunedin for the first time.
The company grew rapidly last year, increasing the number of centres in which it is present by more than 50 percent since the beginning of last year. The eight new centres represent contract wins with NZRPG, Lend Lease and Kiwi Property, taking oOh!’s total retail network to 37 centres
General manager for New Zealand Adam McGregor says the new additions represent expanded reach in Auckland, Tauranga and Christchurch, as well as entry into Dunedin.
“At the beginning of 2015, oOh! gave a clear commitment to increasing the quality and spread of advanced retail media solutions across New Zealand and these eight new centres are a demonstration of that,” McGregor says.
The company will start rolling out a mix of static and digital displays into the new centres this week.
