Award winners stand to receive national publicity through the Red Awards and Retail Interiors website, plus thorough media coverage through The Register’s print property, NZ Retail magazine. The Retail Interiors Association, which organises the Red Awards, will also provide coverage with its “Who’s Who in Retail Fitout” directory.

This year’s judging panel includes Hugh Mullane from Ignite Architects Limited, who has been president of the Designers Institute of New Zealand. He has extensive experience in architectural design and commercial interior design.
Elaine Joyce from Pumpkin Patch is also on the panel. She has extensive experience in visual merchandising across the UK and New Zealand, and is now Pumpkin Patch’s global store development manager.
Gabrielle Bevin-Smith completes the panel. She leads the retail design team for Scentre Group, which owns and operates Westfield shopping centres in Australia and New Zealand.
The Red Awards will be presented in an awards evening at Auckland’s Mantells on the Water on September 5. Entries can be submitted here.
