Corporate communications advisor Kirsten Robinson says Lotto NZ wanted to create a truly unique experience for customers that captured the fun and exciting aspects of Lotto.
“The concept store serves a dual purpose for our business,” Robinson says.

“[It creates] new ways for our players to engage with our brand, while also acting as a retail test environment where we can test different ideas and talk to our customers to get really useful feedback about what we’re doing.”
The knowledge gained at the concept store will be passed down through the network of Lotto’s 1300 nationwide stores.
The store opened last month in March, and since then, Robinson says there has been a lot of positive feedback from customers.
She says the colourful design and interactive content engages and surprises customers daily.
