The modern-bohemian boutique has such a strong following that its founders recently opened a store in Ponsonby due to popular demand. Mother and daughter owners Carole and Chloe Jarrett discuss how their store goes beyond retail.

Cam Ward is the general manager of operations at Thanks, a clothing store founded by Lower clothing owner Jake Pyne. The first store opened in Mount Maunganui, then online, Palmerston North, Napier and Hastings soon followed. The online store offers free delivery and as a way of saying thanks, attaches a personally handwritten note to every order. The Register asked for more information.
