For most women passing through Mount Maunganui, a trip to the Neon Gypsy store is usually high on the itinerary. The modern-bohemian boutique has such a strong following that its founders recently opened a store in Ponsonby due to popular demand. Mother and daughter owners Carole and Chloe Jarrett discuss how their store goes beyond retail.
